Seat Overview
A seat is the basic subscription unit of Token Plan Enterprise, representing the usage entitlement of one team member. After the administrator assigns a seat to a member, the member can use a dedicated API Key to call services. Each seat can only be bound to one member and cannot be shared by multiple people.

When adding or upgrading seats, the fee is prorated based on the remaining period of the current subscription; the actual amount payable is subject to what is shown on the order page.
Credit Deduction
Model calls are uniformly converted into Credits and deducted from the current subscription or seat quota. A single call's consumption is determined by factors such as model type, token usage, thinking mode and tool calls; actual consumption is subject to the usage details in the console.
Using glm-5.2 as an example, the Credit consumption of a single request is as follows (pricing varies by model; actual charges are subject to your bill):

Subscription Rules
Purchase Rules
- Monthly or yearly purchase is supported; the subscription takes effect immediately after the payment succeeds.
- Token Plan cannot currently be purchased with vouchers.
- Plan Credits are issued per billing cycle; after a cycle ends, unused Credits are automatically reset and do not carry over to the next cycle.
Validity Period
- The plan validity period is measured in natural months, starting from the day of a successful purchase. Example: purchasing a 1-month plan on Jan 31 expires at 00:00 on Mar 1 (non-leap year).
Renewal Rules
- Manual and automatic renewal are supported. Monthly subscriptions can be renewed for 1, 3 or 6 months; yearly subscriptions can be renewed for 1 year each time. Multiple renewals are supported, each extending from the original expiry date; the final expiry date after renewal must not exceed 24 months after the current date.
- With automatic renewal enabled, the system will attempt to deduct the payment 7 days before expiry; disabling automatic renewal does not affect current-cycle usage, and the subscription lapses if not renewed by expiry.
Seat Change Rules
- Adding seats takes effect immediately, with an expiry date consistent with the current enterprise subscription; the fee and current-cycle Credits are prorated by the remaining time.
- Upgrading requires paying the tier price difference based on the remaining period of the current subscription. It takes effect immediately after payment and the expiry date is unchanged; the quota updates to the target tier's quota, used quota is retained, and downgrades are not supported within the current cycle.
Refund Rules
- New purchases, renewals, seat additions and upgrades are not refundable after the payment succeeds; disabling automatic renewal does not affect current-cycle usage. Please confirm the plan tier, subscription period and seat quantity before purchasing.
Usage Notes
- The plan's dedicated API Key may only be used by the account owner and must not be shared or publicly disclosed.
- Once the plan quota is exhausted, the subscription-dedicated API Key stops serving requests; to continue calling, switch to a pay-as-you-go API Key.
- The models supported by the plan may be adjusted with product upgrades; the actual scope is subject to what is shown in the console.
