Token Plan OPC FAQ
Plan Purchase & Renewal
What is the difference between the OPC and Enterprise editions, and how should I choose?
- The OPC edition is for individual use; the Enterprise edition is for enterprises and teams, and provides member and seat management. The two share the same supported models; pricing is subject to each plan's overview page. Choose based on whether you need team collaboration and centralized management.
Can I purchase the OPC and Enterprise editions at the same time?
- Yes. OPC and Enterprise subscriptions are independent of each other, managing plan quota and API Keys separately.
Can I get a refund after purchase?
- No. New purchases, renewals and upgrades are not refundable after the payment succeeds. Please confirm the plan tier and subscription period before purchasing.
How is the plan validity period calculated?
- The plan validity period is measured in natural months, starting from the day of a successful purchase, and expires at 0:00 on the day after the validity period ends. For example, purchasing a 1-month plan on Jan 31 of a non-leap year expires at 0:00 on Mar 1.
Is early renewal and multiple renewals supported?
- Manual and automatic renewal are supported. Monthly subscriptions can be renewed for 1, 3 or 6 months; yearly subscriptions can be renewed for 1 year each time. Multiple renewals are supported, each extending from the original expiry date; the final expiry date after renewal must not exceed 24 months after the current date.
Why didn't my current-cycle Credits increase after renewal?
- Renewal only extends the subscription validity period; it does not top up the current-cycle quota. Once a new cycle begins, the system issues the new cycle's Credits according to the plan rules.
How do I enable or disable automatic renewal?
- You can enable or disable automatic renewal in My Subscription. Disabling it does not affect current-cycle usage; it only stops automatically renewing the next cycle.
Can I purchase Token Plan with a voucher?
- Vouchers are not currently supported for purchasing Token Plan.
Credit & Usage
Do plan Credits carry over to the next cycle?
- No. Credits are valid only within the current subscription cycle, and unused quota is automatically reset when the cycle ends.
When are plan Credits issued and reset?
- Plan Credits are issued per subscription cycle. When a new cycle begins, the system issues that cycle's quota; unused Credit from the previous cycle is not carried over.
What happens when the quota is exhausted?
- When the plan quota is exhausted, the subscription-dedicated API Key stops serving requests and does not automatically switch to pay-as-you-go billing. To continue calling, switch to a pay-as-you-go API Key.
How do different models consume Credit?
- A single call's consumption is determined by factors such as model type, token usage, thinking mode and tool calls. Different models and billing items (input, cache, output, etc.) may have different unit prices; actual consumption is subject to your bill and the console usage details.
Where can I view quota and usage details?
- You can view quota changes and usage details in My Subscription.
After upgrading the plan, how is the already-used quota handled?
- After upgrading, the quota updates to the target tier's quota; the quota already used in the current cycle is retained and is not reset.
API Key & Integration
Where do I get a Token Plan API Key?
- After purchasing the OPC edition, you can generate or copy the subscription-dedicated API Key in the Configuration area of My Subscription, and view the Base URL needed for calls.
Can I mix the subscription-dedicated API Key and the pay-as-you-go API Key?
- No. Token Plan calls must use the subscription-dedicated API Key and the corresponding Base URL; the pay-as-you-go API Key does not deduct plan Credits.
Can the same API Key be configured into multiple tools?
- Yes, it can be configured into multiple compatible tools, but only for use by the API Key owner; all calls jointly consume that subscription's quota, and the Key must not be shared or publicly disclosed.
Can the old Key still be used after resetting the API Key?
- No. After resetting, the old Key becomes invalid immediately; please update the calling configuration in the API or client promptly.
Can the API Key continue to be used after the subscription expires?
- No. Once the subscription expires and is not renewed, the subscription-dedicated API Key stops serving requests.
How do I view the supported models and tools?
- The supported models are subject to the plan overview and the console display; for client configuration, see the Client Integration Guide in the documentation center.
How do I troubleshoot a prompt saying the API Key is invalid?
- Check that the API Key was fully copied, has not been reset, the subscription is still within its validity period, and that you are using the Base URL corresponding to Token Plan.
What should I do if a prompt says the model is not supported?
- Verify that the
modelname in the request is correct and belongs to the scope supported by your current plan; the actually available models are subject to what is shown in the console.
